How do I return an item?
If you order an incorrect item or incorrect size, the Hogline Curlers Proshop will ship the correct item to you, as soon as we are notified. We will charge your credit card for the cost of the new item and shipping. A refund will be applied to your original item, not including original cost of shipping, within 72 hours of its return to the Hogline Curlers Proshop. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original order back.
The Hogline Curlers Proshop will NOT accept the return of any used, dirty, stained, hemmed, washed or damaged items or scratched sliders. All returns must be in original packaging.
